Why doesn't my boyfriend ever french kiss?

Like we never really french kiss. We do more closed mouth kissing than french kissing. I kinda hate it because I love kissing but he says he's not big on kissing! wtf does that mean? I just want to get passionate and play with his tongue lol. I think I'm a pretty good kisser. I don't cram my tongue down anyone's throat or drool down their mouth or throat. I've had bad ex bfs who could never kiss me right. But I stayed because they were attractive and good in bed. Well the same is happening again and I'm tired of it. I just want him to kiss me with tongue but I don't know how to persuade him to or teach him to!
