Confusion about state counselling aieee uttarakhand???

i have air in aieee 356358 and state uttarakhand 5866 and have 45 marks in general category......please tell me how will i come to know about that which college have i got.....mean i don't know anything what the process is of admission ........plz plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
