SAT next october?! Cramming?

I'm in 8th grade going into 9th. Next summer I plan to apply to a program that requires me to take the SAT's and get a minimum score of 1130. I'll take the test october of my freshmen year. I have taken only Algebra I, and I have no idea about how to learn Algebra II, plus also Critical Reading. Any advice on how to seriously cram over the summer? I bought myself a Kaplan study guide, so that should help a bit, but any advice would be great! Thank you!
