I think i have depression. I self medicate but...?

Thing is, marijuana and alchohol are going to make you worse, people say it all the time but it made me worse. You have to get a therapist and there are PLENTY of anti-depressants out there for your age. Also yes it will turn your life around but thing is takes a long time for meds to work and some take negative effects. If you ever get really depressed or suicidal, go to the hospital a.s.p.a. You could also request medical assistance if you are diagnosed. do not self medicate
