Holby City question- what are "Darwin" and "Keller?" if someone wouldn't mind explaining?

I've just heard them, i think they're wards, correct me if i'm wrong? if they're wards then can someone tell me what "Darwin" specializes in and what "Keller" specializes in? thanks :)
