Where can I get University counseling in London?

I recently moved to London and I'm looking to continue my education here. I'm 19 and I'm considering dropping out of my American University because it's too expensive. Thing is I want to talk through a lot of things like I did with my college counselor in high school. I tried going up to the universities but the people are busy and they just give you information rather than having a proper discussion about my options and whats best for me. Where can I find this kind of service? I think I saw an ad somewhere.
